Please read the following Terms And Conditions carefully before continuing to the store:

Orders:
We welcome orders for shipment to addresses in the Continental U.S.  Scalequip.com only accepts payment through PayPal and a product link is provided on each post for an individual scale.  Please be aware that many products’ warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers’ restrictions or U.S. law.  Scalequip.com makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.

Return Policy:
All merchandise must be authorized prior to return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the box. No refunds will be made after 30 days of purchase. To obtain an RMA number please email scalequip@gmail.com and provide your invoice # and item #, as well as the name of your store and a phone number.

All Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and some or all of the following may apply

If the wrong product or part was ordered:
1. A 20-50% restocking charge plus shipping may apply
2. The merchandise being returned must be returned within 30 Days of the
original ship date.
3. The merchandise must be unused and received in new condition and in the
original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or is not received in the original
packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If the wrong product or part was shipped:
1. The correct merchandise will shipped at once.
2. Full credit will be issued upon receipt of incorrect merchandise.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal

Warranty:
Your Customer Warranty is the standard manufacturer’s warranty, which is normally 1 year from the date of shipment.  Return Authorization Number is required.  Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Southwestscales.com discretion.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges to scalequip.com and we will provide shipping back to the customer.
